What are the payment options?

We accept PayNow payments, please process your payments to +65 92347953 and send us a screenshot confirmation to the same whatsapp# once payment is done. We will get back to you with the order confirmation within the next 24hours. 

What is your return policy?

We always try our best to make sure that when you receive your DETOXSWAHA products, you are 100% satisfied. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return the product within 14 workings days, unused, unopened and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if items are in a non-saleable condition. 

Please email us at  info@detoxswaha.com for any return applications with your order details (order#, date of purchase, reason for return, contact details, preferred method of contact) and we will get back to you within 3~4 working days. Once we have processed your return our team will contact you.

We will update you on the return shipment address for returns. We highly advise you to use a tracking service and retain your proof of postage. We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return costs. Please ensure a telephone number and email address is provided should we need to contact you regarding your return. In addition, please include your order number with your return. 

Please be aware that it can take up to 7 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear in your account.
